This hasn’t been easy at all, for any of us in the end
This has been so hard for us all, I know it my friend
And now I’m scarred, so much hurt and pain
I know you wanted that love, that never came

Isn’t it a bit too late to talk about the memories
Isn’t it a bit too hard to remember the happy days
It breaks my heart when people talk about this
It kills me inside to even remember your pretty face

They sure are right about love being for the brave
Only for those who are not afraid to go down
I’m starting now to do things at my own pace
And maybe one day love will come around

No one can save you from your fears
No one can control your heart
Only you are able to dry those tears
Only you can go ahead, a brand new start
